To Sergio with Love – pop classics at Farmers Hall
For winter we move to Samford’s historic Farmers Hall for three intimate acoustic concerts.
On Sat 8th June enjoy a glorious evening of classic pop music as we celebrate the Brazilian-pop explosion that was Sergio Mendes and Brasil 66.
A fine five-piece band led by Australia’s top performers of Brazilian music share the musical artistry of Sergio Mendes.
From the team who brought the Bossa Nova Sunset Club show for last year’s sold-out Samford Live show, a new line up brings celebrated hits from The Beatles
and Burt Bacharach to JJ Cale, The Girl from Ipanema and Mas Que Nada.
Doors open 6.30pm Music 7.00 - 9.00pm. BYO refreshments.

How does seating work?
We have concert seating in the front section followed by cabaret style seating at shared tables.
Is this a family friendly event?
Yes, families are welcome, tickets for children under 14 are $15 ea. Babies in arms are free.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will only be available when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled, in line with the Australian ticketing code of practice.
Who is entitle to a concession ticket?
Full-time students, attendees under 18 years, Government concession card holders (age pension, disability pension, Newstart, supporting parent and seniors healthcare card holders).
Catering information
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, refreshments and snacks. Cabaret seating is preferable for those with food and drink. There is no onsite catering at this event.
