Celebrating Impact: SBN's Annual General Meeting & Impact Report Release

SBN is a network that enables system change in the areas of climate, waste and nature. We’re a social enterprise, a community and a movement. Our role is to transform leading ideas into action in Aotearoa. Our network consists of hundreds of progressive organisations and people that collectively invest in and act on system change.

Join us to celebrate the impact we've made over the past year - impact that cannot be achieved without our wonderful network of investors and supporters!

This event will take two parts:

• Annual General Meeting, 4.30-5.30pm
  *Please note, this part of the event is open to SBN Investors only*
  
  Investors, please join us for our annual investor meeting! This is a once-a-year moment where we get to talk about the SBN in all its glory. You get to cast your vote for our Board and hear about our recent work as well as plans for the coming year.
  
  If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can:
  - cast your vote for Board members using the proxy form;
  - read about the nominees for our National Board;
  - view the voting forms, agenda, financial reports and minutes from last year’s AGM
  All will be supplied in advance as we near the AGM date.
  
  If you are unable to attend the meeting, we will also be hosting a livestream through Zoom. Please register for the AGM, and you will be sent the Zoom link on the day of the event.
  
  
• The release of our inaugural Impact Report, 5.30-7.00pm
  *This part of the event is open to all*
  
  We’ve been hard at work compiling a report of our impact over the past year – impact that we couldn’t achieve without our wonderful network of investors. Hear from some of our collaborators, partners, and stakeholders about the exciting work we've been doing together and the impacts we've been able to achieve for Aotearoa!

We will finish up the evening with fabulous nibbles, beverages, and the opportunity to network with like-minded folks. Please join us to raise a glass in celebration of this work, and the impacts we’ve made together.
