ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Scaling Up Value Builder is an interactive half-day session designed specifically to help founders and leaders to build a truly effective strategy for scaling.

The session will introduce scale-up leaders to the fundamentals of scaling strategy - the 7-strata and also cover the critical drivers behind higher valuations.

​During the  half-day workshop we will cover:

• 7-strata behind truly effective growth strategy
• how to directly apply these to your business using step by step “how to” exercises
• the value drivers that are key to above-industry valuation for your business
• best practises and many practical examples that will inspire new thinking and ideas to take back to your business.

ABOUT YOUR COACH AND FACILITATOR

Claire Mula (GAICD) is an Australian entrepreneur, researcher and scaling up coach. With 25+ years lived experience in digital media, CPG and technology, Claire has profound knowledge of entrepreneurship and business growth. Claire also collaborates with academics and has co-authored research publications on scaling. She understands planning for scale begins early and coaches firms as early as 10+ staff and/or a few million dollars in revenue to valuable, scalable multi-million dollar businesses with energy and clarity.
