Scaling Up Value Builder is an interactive half-day session designed specifically to help founders and leaders to build a truly effective strategy for scaling.

The session will introduce scale-up leaders to the fundamentals of scaling strategy - the 7-strata and also cover the critical drivers behind higher valuations.

​During the  half-day workshop we will cover:

• Step-by-step exercises to sharpen your strategy and differentiation
• Key drivers to delivering  above-industry profit, cash and business valuations

Claire Mula (GAICD) is an Australian entrepreneur, researcher and scaling up coach. With 25+ years lived experience in digital media, CPG and technology, Claire has profound knowledge of entrepreneurship and business growth. Claire also collaborates with academics and has co-authored research publications on scaling. She understands planning for scale begins early and coaches firms as early as 10+ staff and/or a few million dollars in revenue to valuable, scalable multi-million dollar businesses with energy and clarity.
