Event description

Did you know that around 74% of startups fail due to premature scaling? If you want to avoid the common pitfalls and ensure your business scales successfully then make sure you join Kea at our next business event in Christchurch this May.

Hear from our panel of speakers who will discuss different approaches and strategies for scaling, and share their personal journeys including what worked and what didn’t.

Key learnings from this session will include:

  • Understand the business basics required to successfully scale your business including how to create a successful plan for expansion
  • Identify common issues founders face when preparing for investment
  • Discover how to grow your team while also keeping your business purpose strong.
  • Understand the role sustainability plays in a successful export business and how to keep this front of mind during your growth journey.

This interactive session will include time for Q&A, to allow founders to ask questions and gain advice specific to their business.

The session will be followed by drinks and networking.
