Event description

When was the last time you played in a forest together?

A little bit of forest bathing, nature play and creativity for all ages in this small group guided session through the open woodlands and rainforest of EJ Foote Memorial Sanctuary in Buderim. This is a nature connection session for families on the school holidays, but adults without children are also welcome!

For more information, including answers to questions such as "What happens on a nature therapy walk?", "Is there scientific proof that it's good for us?" and "What should I wear?!" visit the Held Outside website.

Meeting details and other important information will be shared with registered attendees via email before the event date. Preparation for the experience requires my knowing how many participants are joining in advance, and having your contact details in case of an event cancellation or change due to weather.

EJ Foote Memorial Sanctuary is a ten minute walk downhill from the bus stop of the 616 Maroochydore - Sippy Downs route (Mooloolaba Rd at Foote Ave).

Sunshine Coast Regional Council permit: CUL2100/40
