When was the last time you played in a forest?
Join Jay for some forest-inspired adventures in the Mountain Creek forest. A little bit of forest bathing, nature play and creativity for all ages in this small group guided session through the open woodlands and alongside one of the tributaries of the Mooloolah River at Mountain Creek.
Participants must be over 5 years old. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult. Adults without children are also welcome!

Meeting details and other important information will be shared with registered attendees via email before the event date. Preparation for the experience requires my knowing how many participants are joining in advance, and having your contact details in case of an event cancellation or change due to weather. We we start along the Mountain Creek Recreational Trail is a five minute walk (on the flat) from the bus stop of the 614 Maroochydore - Kawana Shopping World route (Glenfields Bvd at Sailfish Drive).
