Scottish Empty Homes Conference 2025 - Strategic Planning for a Strong Community

The 14th annual Scottish Empty Homes Conference will take place on Tuesday 25th February 2025 at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow, sponsored by Auction House Scotland, Finders International and Fraser and Fraser. 

Exploring the themes of planning and community, leading figures from across the housing landscape will be offering their unique insight into the sector.

At the conference, we'll also be presenting Auction House Scotland Scottish Empty Homes Awards - nominations are open now! The awards are a chance to celebrate the incredible work of people across Scotland to bring empty homes back into use. After the success of the new public award category last year, this year we will have two awards open to the public alongside the professional categories. These are: 

• Best environmentally friendly retrofit of an empty home - Public or Professional/Organisation 

• Best Housing Renovation - Public 

• Best Housing Renovation - Professional/Organisation 

• Best Use of empty homes to meet social/affordable housing need - Professional/Organisation 

• Outstanding Contribution to Empty Homes Work - Professional/Organisation
