The 14th annual Scottish Empty Homes Conference will take place on Tuesday 25th February 2025 at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow, sponsored by Auction House Scotland, Finders International and Fraser and Fraser.

Exploring the themes of planning and community, leading figures from across the housing landscape will be offering their unique insight into the sector.

The awards are a chance to celebrate the incredible work of people across Scotland to bring empty homes back into use. After the success of the new public award category last year, this year we will have two awards open to the public alongside the professional categories. These are:
