Learn to Screen Print with Janet Parker-Smith

Screen Printing 

Immerse yourself in this 2 day Screen Printing workshop with Janet Parker-Smith.  You will learn to Screen Print using water based inks and stencils you will create while working through the principles of screen printing on paper or fabric. This includes up to 2 designs and up to 4 colors. You will also explore some practical ways of transferring images to your works. You will create stand alone pieces which can also be integrated into your multimedia practice.

This workshop is for any skill level. 

Please bring an apron, disposable gloves and wear closed in shoes.

Paper, Inks and equipment are supplied but please bring your own if preferred or want to experiment

Morning tea/coffee/milk and biscuits is supplied

(we have a Nespresso coffee pod machine if you would like to bring your own pods)

We use the Humanitix ticketing platform to help us manage our workshops and classes. Humanitix charge a booking fee which we split with you 50/50. Humanitix is a registered charity and 100% of their profits go to social impact projects with a particular focus on closing the education gap.
