Event description

A special ‘low intensity’ session for fans of Billie B Brown, Hey Jack!, Schools of Monsters and other books by Sally Rippin (VIC), wanting a more quiet and relaxed experience. Sally will read from her books and answer audience questions. This session is:

* Scheduled at low traffic time before the main program begins;

* In an enclosed venue to avoid overwhelming noise and crowds;

* For a small audience: tickets are essential, and capacity is capped;

* Flexible - creative activities conducted with a relaxed approach suitable for all abilities;

* Furnished with seating options, including chairs and cushions.

SALLY RIPPIN (VIC)

Sally Rippin has over 10 million books in print worldwide. Her most popular series include Billie B Brown, Hey Jack! and School of Monsters. In 2024, Sally became the eighth Australian Children’s Laureate, promoting the importance and transformational power of reading, creativity and story in the lives of young Australians.
