Sculpt & Revive

Sculpt & Recover | Weekly Pilates at Melt Sauna

Take an hour each week to move with intention, build strength, and reconnect with your body.

Every Wednesday, join me for a 50-minute Pilates class in Melt Sauna's beautiful, intimate movement studio. With a maximum of 8 participants, every class offers a personalised experience where you'll receive plenty of spiciness, strength, precision and reconnection to yourself. Your me time taken to the next level!

Expect creative and strong full-body sequences using props to challenge you. Whether you're a regular mover or newer to Pilates, each class is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more connected, and energised.

After class, your practice doesn't have to end there.

As a class participant, you'll have access to exclusive discounted recovery at Melt Sauna, allowing you to continue your wellness ritual at your own pace:

• 30-minute sauna & cold plunge: $15 (normally $25)

• 60-minute sauna & cold plunge: $25 (normally $35)

Recovery is completely optional, giving you the flexibility to head home after class or stay and enjoy the benefits of heat and cold therapy whenever it feels right for you.

And because Melt is amazing, you can also benefit from their beautiful creative menu of drinks FOR FREE!
I mean if this is not your best new routine to add to your week...?

Come for the movement, stay for the recovery—or simply leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.

I can't wait to welcome you each Wednesday.
Love, Ophélie
