About Sound Healing
When you think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration, you open up your mind to a whole new way of looking at the world.THE PRACTICE: This sound healing experience involves The intentional arrangement of Nepali singing Bowls to balance and neutralise the nervous system, opening up a pathway for release in the body and mind. Accompanied by Crystal Bowls, Nepali Bells and Chimes and the Sound of nature, this container of healing sound is a practice for everyone.
Hold Space uses Sound and Vibration to heal, transform, release and calm the nervous system, meeting you where you are at.
Using grounded research of science and modern medicine and combining it with eastern traditions and ancient practices to provide a foundation for the clients to understand and appreciate the practices and use them i their everyday lives to improve their health & wellbeing .
The practice serves as a powerful tool to process and support individuals more complex conditions such as trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction and chronic health conditions.
Founder, Becc Gray shares the practice of Sound and Vibration to heal, create, inspire and transform, sharing the tradition as it has been shared with her."Years of comprehensive training has provided me with the framework and knowledge to share the practice but my personal experiences remain the most informative and valuable part of sharing this important work.
