Learn how to confidently create a safe environment for fermentation, get your questions answered, and de-mystify the process of preserving vegetables with fermentation.

About the Instructor

Kala Riddle has been fermenting foods of all kinds since 2014. She has a degree in Nutrition and is an advocate for local food systems. She has owned a sourdough micro-bakery, and has experience in hosting cooking and gardening classes for kids and adults. In her classes, she brings a depth of scientific and functional knowledge of fermentation and its wonders.
