Event description

Prepare your garden for Autumn/Winter and learn tips on planting your edible inner urban garden. Develop an understanding of site planning, soil building and natural pest management in urban and small space gardens. Find out what to plant as the weather cools down and how to prepare your plot or containers to get the best veggie crop.

This workshop will involve practical demonstrations and activities on building soil, growing from seed and taking cuttings that will be held in the garden. Please wear covered shoes and bring a bag along to take your small pots with you.

As numbers are strictly limited, this workshop is only available to residents of Inner West Council area, proof of residence may be required. If you are not from the Inner West Council area please email education@greenlivingcentre.org.au to be put on a waitlist.
