Resembling the classic 1970s feel good funk sound, with swirling synths, driving rhythms and sizzling horns - Golden Sound creates a palette of sonic goodness, and has just recently delivered their latest offering, their much anticipated new albumSunset Hits. THE STOMPS have crawled up through the lazy acidic sodden trenches of a directionless post pandemic world, in their hometown of Brisbane (Meanjin), still stinking of the sixties, sweating out rock n roll psychedelic soul. With cheeky pop, funk, punk, garage and psychedelic trips all round, The Stomps aim to take the intrepid traveller on a wild ride of colours through the chaos, far out amongst the swirly vintage threads and mod heads, with your fanciest boots kicking up the cosmic dust from the dance floor as they make the stars fly!
