See Rock City Before it Opens

Visit Chattanooga has a fantastic lineup of tours available to WITS attendees. These day tours are only for attendees with a confirmed ticket in their name to WITS 2026.

Explore the mystical landscape of Rock City Gardens atop Lookout Mountain, before it opens to the public. Meander the Enchanted Trails, soak in the expansive views, squeeze through ancient rock formations, and revel at the scenes in Fairyland Caverns before this legendary attraction opens to the public.

Return Time: approximately 11:30 AM
Tour duration: 2.5 hours
Accessibility: Rock City is a series of stone walking trails atop Lookout Mountain. The majority of the trails include steps with several including a large number of steep steps together. Due to the nature of these trails, wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed along many of the pathways. Please refer to the FAQs and the Navigating Rock City page to better plan your visit.

Cancellations
• If you can no longer attend, you must cancel using the link in your confirmation email by May 19, 2026
• Late cancellations after this date will incur a $50 USD fee per tour
