More about Seedlings Nature School:
Seedlings provides a captivating combination of garden-based activities, games and stories for children aged 2.5 – 5 years and their caregivers.
Children will explore their local Botanic Garden, connect with the natural world, and discover the fascinating plants and wildlife around them. Along the way, they’ll build confidence, resilience and social skills with other children in a safe, supportive environment. Each term also includes a special session led by a First Nations educator, offering children and caregivers the opportunity to learn more about Country.
Each session is designed to spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and build a lifelong love of nature.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult carer.
- Babies not participating in the program may attend free of charge with their ticket–holding sibling.
- This program runs in all weather so don’t forget to pack your gumboots, rain jacket and your hat! In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, the session may be cancelled and you will be contacted.
