Self Events Co x InFlow Pilates | Wellness Event
Let’s start 2024 nourishing our minds and bodies at the Self Events Co x Inflow Pilates Wellness Event! Join us and a community of like-minded women here on the Sunshine Coast for a morning of pilates and breathwork, followed by a nourishing breakfast and wellness panel.
My hope for the start of a new year is that we let go of restrictive new year’s resolutions and diet culture, and replace with a focus on all things wellness, self love and nourishing our minds and bodies. Our panel of speakers will speak to:
- Mindful nutrition and understanding the relationship between food, mood and energy levels (as well the misconceptions around diet/nutrition!)
- The connection between mental, emotional and physical well-being
- Self-care strategies and techniques for nurturing oneself during the daily stresses
- Building resilience and strengthening mental and physical resilience for the new year

When: Saturday, 13th January
Time: 8am - 11am (or 9:00am if you aren't attending the class)
Where: AOU Studio, 13 Kayleigh Dr, Buderim QLD 4556
Wear: Activewear for those who have purchased the pilates class ticket and if you are attending for the panel and breakfast then wear whatever makes you feel like your best self! (we will be sitting for the panel discussion).
There are two ticket types for this event!
Option 1: Join us at 9:00am for a nourishing breakfast, wellness panel and chance to connect with a community of like-minded women on the Sunshine Coast
Option 2: Join us at 8:00am for a 30 minute express mat pilates class and 10 minute breathwork session hosted by Abbie at Inflow followed by breakfast and the wellness panel
