Welcome to Self Love Soirée with Chantelle Rose Flows & Cleo Harper Activewear! 

A mini Valentines Day edition afternoon retreat designed to fill your heart with self love. Give yourself the love that you deserve and spend the afternoon with us celebrating our bodies and the gorgeous Cleo Harper Activewear. A symbol of your inner & outer beauty representing your femininity. Elevate your inner confidence by putting yourself first and feeling good from within. 

Our self love soiree:

- Upon arrival enjoy a glass of champagne or juice whilst you embark on a VIP shopping experience inside the gorgeous Cleo Harper Activewear boutique nestled away in the beautiful Burleigh Heads. With the assistance of an in house stylist, pick a set of your choice that will be gifted to you to wear for the event (yes, FREE activewear!!). 

- Once you're feeling like your most confident self in your new Cleo set we will move into a guided mindfulness session focused around our theme; Self Love. Think journalling, reflecting, intention setting and learning about our divine feminine energy. How you can reclaim your power, embrace your uniqueness and step into your most loving, confident self. 

- This will be shortly followed by a delicious fusion of slow flow yoga, breath work & meditation to embody our journalling and intentions. Activating your heart chakra and feeling good from the inside out. 

- Afterwards enjoy a nice sweet treat from Choc Tap (strawberries covered with vegan chocolate, YUM!) whilst connecting with other beautiful souls and obsessing over the stunning activewear! 

Time:

Please arrive at 12:45pm for a 1:00pm start, concluding at 3:00pm. 

Please bring:

- A journal + pen 

- Any cushions/blanket or anything to make you feel comfortable during our practice.
