In this work shop I will be teaching mindfulness techniques and yoga sharing everyday wellness practices as tools for life. I will be focusing on self love, self worth and self confidence.

Breath work
Working with loving gentle clearing crystals
Positive affirmations
Yoga practice with heart opening poses and Yoga Nidra Meditation
Make your own Affirmation Stoned
Lucky Dip

This workshop is specifically designed for Teens 13-17 to help them cut through the negatives of this modern world and find a strong sense of self.

Don’t forget to wear comfy clothing for yoga, a water bottle and a light blanket for the relaxation.
