Self Muscle Testing Workshop

Come and learn self muscle testing with me

In this interactive workshop, I will be teaching you how to self muscle test, to tune into your body and how to test for your family/ kids.

We will be learning how to talk to the body directly through various techniques.

We will go though:

• What self muscle testing is
• What it can help with
• When to self muscle test
• How to clear blocked emotion and stress from the body
• How to check food for yourself and your family
• Different healing remedies

After we have learnt how to self muscle test we will be going through a guided meditation and sound bath to help integrate the day.
