In this interactive workshop, I will be teaching you how to self muscle test, to tune into your body and how to test for your family/ kids.

We will be learning how to talk to the body directly through various techniques.

How to clear blocked emotion and stress from the body
How to check food for yourself and your family
Different healing remedies

After we have learnt how to self muscle test we will be going through a guided meditation and sound bath to help integrate the day.
