Event description

Come along for a session with Carolyn from Rights Information and Advocacy Centre on self-care for carers. 

This session is designed to provide tools and activities for informal and formal carers that prioritise their own self-care.  

We know being a carer can sometimes take a toll on your own wellbeing, come along to this session to learn simple strategies to find time for you.
