🪷 We're bringing our rejuvenating Ceremony of Breath back to the serene Breathe Stretch Float in the heart of the CBD. 🏙️ As we open our doors to welcome you, we invite you to experience the ethereal Ceremony of Breath on Sunday evenings, September 24th, from 6:30PM ✨. This practice aligns the trinity of mind, body, and spirit, guiding you towards a journey of self-discovery and harmony with the world around you 🌺.

🌈 Join us as we explore your unique connection to the divine 🌼 through conscious and connected breathing techniques. These tools offer enhanced mental well-being, a deeper connection to your energetic self, and a glimpse into enlightened states of consciousness 🪬.

This truly will be a magical session with the accompaniment of beautiful instruments🎼 and healing sounds to raise your vibration and find deep 🕉grounding & relaxation.

Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside.


Breathwork helps put the brakes on acute stress responses and diverts the health problems associated with chronic stress. By eliciting the body's relaxation response, deep abdominal breathing helps reduce blood pressure.
