🍀

The energy ⚡️ exchange for the session is $35 & we are so excited to be able to share these beautiful sessions with you. 🌸 We welcome all walks of life and invite you to get in contact with us if you’re experiencing hardship as we refuse to let money be the barrier of your healing. Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside.

Breathwork helps put the brakes on acute stress responses and diverts the health problems associated with chronic stress. By eliciting the body's relaxation response, deep abdominal breathing helps reduce blood pressure.

🌷

We warmly invite you to join us at our new home in the CBD, Breathe Stretch Float and embrace the transformative potential of Breathwork. Let us come together in this sacred space, fostering growth, healing, and spiritual awakening. Reserve your spot now and prepare to embark on an empowering journey of self-discovery and renewal. See you there! ✨⚡️✨

We recommend breathing on an empty stomach if you can manage it.
