Event description

Join us for our interactive Parent-Child Connection Series from 3:00pm every Wednesday during these September school holidays at Frascott Park in Varsity Lakes. These sessions are designed to provide fun, engaging and interactive experiences, strengthen family bonds and create meaningful quality time. This series is perfect for children aged 5 to 12, accompanied by Mum, Dad, or a trusted adult.

What to Expect:

  • Kids yoga and movement 
  • Thought-provoking questions to spark connection
  • Playful connection activities for parents and kids

What to Bring:

  • BYO towel or yoga mat, or feel free to set up on the grass!
