What to bring:
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear breathable, stretchy attire that allows for ease of movement during yoga practice. Layers are recommended for adjusting to temperature changes.
- Yoga Mat: Please remember to bring your own yoga mat for the workshop. Mats will not be provided.
