Serenity Yoga Workshop @ Bridges
Event description
Immerse yourself in a day of tranquility and self-discovery at the Serenity Yoga Workshop, nestled within the serene surroundings of Bridges Restaurant and Nursery. Led by the experienced yogi, Gillian Lazenby, this workshop is designed to offer a holistic experience that blends physical practice with theoretical understanding and personal reflection.
Throughout the day, you'll embark on a journey of balance, harmony, and inner peace. From gentle morning yoga flows to enlightening discussions on yoga philosophy, breathing practices, and mindfulness, each session is carefully curated to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Indulge in nourishing herbal teas and rejuvenating snacks during our tea breaks, and savor a wholesome vegetarian lunch amidst the beauty of nature. As you connect with like-minded individuals and deepen your practice, you'll find moments of introspection, quietude, and profound relaxation.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Serenity Yoga Workshop welcomes all levels of experience. Join us for a day of rejuvenation, connection, and self-discovery as we journey together towards serenity.
