What to bring:

Comfortable Clothing: Wear breathable, stretchy attire that allows for ease of movement during yoga practice. Layers are recommended for adjusting to temperature changes.
Yoga Mat: Please remember to bring your own yoga mat for the workshop. Mats will not be provided.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the day by bringing a refillable water bottle.
Notebook and Pen: Take notes, jot down reflections, or capture any insights shared during the workshop.

About our instructor: Gillian started working life as an architect, but finds Yoga and Pilates teaching more personally fulfilling. She has practiced yoga for over 25 years, and first trained as a teacher apprenticeship-style in 1998. She is registered with Yoga Australia and has completed many training courses since.
