Event description

SEVEN - Didgeridoo Pranayama

‘There is a unique power accessible through breathing in a seven beat cycle. It’s a power that I have dived deep into. It’s the doorway to what I like to call ‘the infinite energy cycle’, a way of breathing that harnesses energy & well-being from the cosmos. It’s a free energy system for humanity.

As the world becomes more technological, simple practices that help us tap into our own hidden aquifers of life force energy become more and more important.

This is one of them.’

Si Mullumby - Didgeridoo Pranayama Founder

~~~~~~~~~~
Didgeridoo Pranayama is a breathing modality created by Si Mullumby through his life-long commitment to playing didgeridoo. It is a combination of many different practices woven into a single simple practice. The modality combines sound meditation, pranayama, mantra & polyrhythmic drum theory into a simple light hearted & accessible practice.
Participants sit in the old wooden church hall & start with a meditation on silence. From there the elements of the breathing pattern are introduced to finally culminate in learning and diving deep into the 7 beat cycle.
This practice is suited to anyone seeking a new and different approach to the breath. This system is unique, it is a stand-alone system on par with Holotropic Breath-work & Wim Hof, created over Si’s 30th year single pointed pursuit of his passion to play didgeridoo.
Si is one of Australia’s most respected contemporary didgeridoo players. From his humble origins hitchhiking solo around Australia when he was twenty-one he has gone on to tour the world many times over. Still fully on this single pointed path he now resides in Fremantle where he delights in sharing and inspiring others to find more stoke and passion in their lives.
