SHADOWS 2.0
Event description
SHADOWS 2.0 @ Abergeldie House, Glen Osmond.
“In the shadows lies power. To face our shadow is an act of courage, a step towards your return home—become whole, become real, and embrace the full spectrum of your humanity.” -DB
Stand at the Edge of Your Own Darkness
This isn’t a soft, gentle dip into self-discovery. This is an unfiltered reckoning. An invitation to step into the places you’ve spent a lifetime avoiding—the wounds, the rage, the grief, the memories buried so deep you forgot they were still shaping you. This is where the truth of you lives. Here, there’s nowhere to hide. No spiritual bypassing, no pretending, no running from the weight you’ve been carrying. Just you, your breath, and everything you’ve exiled to the shadows. But there’s something else waiting for you here—power. The kind that comes when you stop turning away. You won’t find a monster in the dark. You’ll find yourself—raw, unfiltered, untamed. This isn’t about fixing, cleansing, or transcending. This is about facing. About breathing into what is real, letting it break open, and reclaiming every part of you.
What to Expect:
This is not just breathwork; this is an altered state & somatic process into the shadows.
- Guided Instruction: We will open with instruction on the breathing techniques used and create a safe, grounded container. Questions are welcome.
- Deep Breathwork Journey: This is your invitation to face the shadows. You’ll breathe your way into the depth of yourself, releasing old stories, emotions, and patterns. The power lies in confronting these parts of you to bring your inner world into balance, so you can meet the outer world with new clarity.
- Integrative Meditation: The session flows into a calming, regenerative meditation to integrate the experience.
- Sharing and Integration: There will be space to share your experience, debrief, and integrate the journey.
- Free 30-Minute 1:1 Online Integration Session with Dan: After the session, you’ll receive a private integration call to support your process, answer questions, and help ground your experience.

Quick Disclaimer:
This is not a feel-good wellness practice. This isn’t about relaxation or a quick reset. This is work—raw, intense, and unfiltered. OA Breathwork takes you into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where the unconscious rises to the surface, demanding to be seen. It will push you. It will challenge you. It may break you open. But in that breaking, in that surrender, you will find clarity, strength, and a depth of freedom that cannot be faked. If you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t it. If you’re ready to face yourself fully, this is the place.
