Event description

Shakti is the infinite source of power within each of us. Join us for a journey through breathwork, movement and sound as we explore cultivating the 3 forms of power within - desire, perception and action.

Katie (ethereal movements) will guide you through pranayama and slow flow yoga to awaken the subtle body, drawing upon Hatha and Tantric practices that incorporate breathwork and guided meditation. Your journey of movement and breath will be complimented by a soundscape of healing sounds and vibrations crafted by Vicky (feel in flow) to support you in your flow. As you find stillness you will then lay back and sink into the mat for a dedicated sound bath to close out this exploratory session and connect with your shakti.

The practices will be accessible to all bodies and levels of experience. This session is open to all genders.

WHAT TO BRING:

- Yoga mat (available at the venue)

- Blankets (limited number available at the venue)

- 1x pillow (Cushions and bolsters available at the venue)

- Eye mask

- Journal /pen

- Water bottle

- Wear comfy clothes

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. No previous experience with yoga, breathwork or sound baths is needed.

Feel in Flow is led by Vicky Keeler, a Sound Healer, Creativity Coach, and Festival Organiser dedicated to helping people access their inner power and innate wisdom. Vicky harnesses the power of sound as a gateway to self-discovery, guiding participants to explore the many vibrational layers of who they are.
