Event description

Welcome Home to Yourself!

Shamanic Breathwork takes you on a journey within your expansive consciousness and your internal landscape beyond ordinary thinking.  In the realms of these non-ordinary states of consciousness healing and transformation can take place, great leaps happen and a type of rebirth is possible.

Every week, your host will guide you through a 60-minute Shamanic Breathwork Journey.  When you emerge, you will have the opportunity to intuitively integrate your experience through a creative process of mandala making.  Following that, we gather in circle to share our experiences with each other, to be witnessed, and to process the experience so that it can "grow corn" in our lives.

During the journey, participants usually are laying down in their comfy "nests".  Evocative music is played while you do a deep, connected breathing technique.  The music supports the journey and helps to loosen up energies in the body, as well as, to facilitate vocalization and emotional release.

Winter Session Dates: 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20 (No session 2/13)
