Shamanic Dimensions of Pregnancy: Gentle • Empowering • Sacred

Pregnancy offers a potent opportunity for women to connect deeply with their innate wisdom, inner guidance and spiritual nature.

This workshop is ideal for all pregnant women, women considering pregnancy and those who work with women and birth, who want to explore a holistic approach to birth preparation.

This workshop focuses on the shamanic dimensions of pregnancy. With prior preparation contemplating life experiences, women will undertake some shamanic processes to understand all that they bring to Birth.

During the day you will be guided to:

• Examine beliefs, personal story and expectations around birth
• Weave the connections between how you were born, your menarche (first period) and the stories of the women in your family, as well as any experiences of pregnancy and giving birth you have had so far.
• Access insights and healing so you are well prepared for whatever shows up during pregnancy, birth and motherhood
• Gently explore and release fears
• Drum Journey inward to connect with your baby, your body (or soul-baby, creative project or Inner Divine Feminine) to seek guidance, clarity and information
• Learn how to create the inner and outer sacred space for an empowered birth in any setting
