Discover the spirit within and the spirit realms without. Gather in healing community at Bamboo Buddha to experience a shamanic drum journey where you will be fully supported and guided in the process. This is an open platform to play, explore, heal and release stress within the company of like-minded spirits. All levels of experience, from first time explorers to experienced journey-ers, are welcome.

Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition practiced by indigenous cultures around the earth for thousands of years. Shamans have the ability to enter into and navigate altered states of consciousness to receive information and healing for themselves, others and the whole community.

Explore and experience your own inner wisdom through shamanic journeying (entering into an altered state of consciousness) in sacred space. This is an opportunity to learn and practice entering into and navigating in altered states to facilitate your own healing, stand in your power, embody your gifts and connect with spirit. Emma is a trained and qualified shamanic healer, spirit guide and sacred space holder who is able to support deep healing for all of life's conditions, including; physical, mental, ancestral and spiritual challenges. Emma Howden is a trained and qualified Shamanic Teacher and Healer who embodies the shamanic in her daily life. Opening a safe healing space to the local community for spirit exploration and connection is her life work and an expression of who she is at the heart of her soul.

Emma's path to becoming a shamanic practitioner sprung out of her own search for personal healing. In this search Emma tried, tested and studied a range of mainstream and alternative healing modalities and came to learn about healing and how it works. Emma explored how each modality changed her inner and outer experience in life but it wasn't until she discovered shamanism that she experienced a true holistic way for healing...and life.

Emma guides individuals through profound journeys of self-discovery and empowerment. Utilising ancient shamanic techniques she supports individuals to take up the reigns of their own life, unearth their own unique medicine, express their gifts and heal wounds at the root cause of discomfort.
