Shamanic Entrancement with Chant, Dance, Drum, & Breath.

We are bound in our culture.  We are self-conscious and tied up inside.  We are scared of our spontaneous, our impulsive, our primitive, our transcendant aspects.  

If you are seeking to get in touch with your inner shaman and your ability to travel and move between the worlds, this class will support you.  Beginners and more experienced students will all learn and deepen and expand.  Explore this safe way to go into our inner realms both our shadow and our light, and learn how to allow the forces to safely move within and through you.  Learn how to recognize your own stuff from deeper truths and guidance, and how to keep purifying your channel.  All shadow work is to set free our repressed controlled and rebellious spirits, or our powerful, creative, energies of life and joy.  

This Monthly class will offer various embodied awakening practices that help us loosen up and discover the rest of our amazing being.  We will create a safe space for spontaneous big energies to move within us, through transformational dance, breathwork, drum journeys, and sound environments that evoke different energies for us to explore.  Nature and contemplative arts, including Bunny Yoga will also be featured, as we learn to explore the full spectrum of embodied consciousness and non-ordinary states.

I am 72 years old and have been walking the shamanic path since I was 34.  I believe that many of us are waking up and activating the shamanic archetype to help us navigate these times of crises and dire beauty.  We need a place to explore and practice and open ourselves safely to learn more about our gifts and our shadows.  So I hope you can join us for a monthly Sunday event on the first Sunday of every month starting in October.
