Commencing with a Cacao ceremony to open the heart and mind we then move on to a Shamanic Rebirthing Breathwork Journey.
Using your breath, guided and supported lovingly by Michele from Sacred Healing Journeys, you will delve into your Soul and listen to what your Higher Self, Guides and Body has to tell you about your healing journey. Releasing blocked emotional energy, toxins, and what needs to be let go so you can progress a little further on your journey.
Rebirthing is a gentle, yet profound breathwork style that is sustainable and easy for everyone.
Breathing in the Rebirthing style will help you shift, release, clear and bring more awareness into your shadow so that the insight becomes your light
The journey is enhanced by a moving Shamanic Sound Track, while Michele will be drumming and using other Shamanic Sound instruments to facilitate a deep journey within.
Michele will give you time to journal and share/ask questions before closing the sacred container to end a beautiful journey.
