So many cultures and generations have praised the sun and the incredible power that it holds. Watching the sunrise impacts our body physically, emotionally and energetically. The benefits from the infrared light can help improve/support our circadian rhythm, healing and mood.

This 2.5 hour shamanic breathwork and yoga event at Collaroy beach will use shamanic breathwork (pranayama), meditation vinyasa flow and yin to help you develop a greater connection to the sun, nature and yourself.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Beach towel
Bolster/cushion
Bottle of water
Mug for tea after
Journal and pen (if you wish to journal the experience afterwards)
