She Who Roars
Event description
She Who Roars: In the heart of Leo season, we gather as women not to perform, not to perfect, but to remember.
To remember the fire that lives within us.
The courage we often quiet.
The joy that lingers just beneath the surface, waiting to be reclaimed.
She Who Roars is more than a workshop. It’s an invitation to come home to yourself through thorough breath, through movement, through sisterhood. When women gather, something powerful awakens… a presence that often can’t be described in words.
This is for all women. Every age, shape, background, and story. Whether you feel bold and ready or tender and unsure, you belong here.
And if a part of you feels uncomfortable? That might be your invitation. Discomfort often signals where something deeper is ready to be seen, softened, or expressed and this is a space designed to meet you there, with gentleness and care.
We’re gathering to create something rare! A space where you are safe to feel, to release, to move, to laugh, to cry, to dance.
No experience needed. No expectations to be anything other than yourself.
You’ll be guided through a curated evening of embodied practices from breathwork to somatic movement, journaling to sharing, and a powerful ecstatic dance journey where you’ll be lovingly witnessed and celebrated in your fullness.
This is your chance to connect with your inner flame - to explore it, nurture it, and let it be seen.
You don’t have to do it alone.
We’ll be doing it together, in sacred sisterhood.
Come as you are! Raw, radiant, unsure, curious, wild.
There is space for all of you here.
