Event Information
Media and Photography
This is a hybrid event with both in-person and online participation available via Zoom.
A photographer will be present at the venue taking photos and videos for promotional, reporting and event purposes. By attending in person, you may be included in photographs, videos or interviews.
The event may also be recorded to support online participation and future reporting. If you are joining via Zoom, your name, profile picture, video and audio may be visible to other attendees depending on your device settings and level of participation.
If you would prefer not to be photographed, filmed or recorded, please let a member of the Shelter WA team know before or during the event and we will do our best to respect your wishes. Please note that some wide shots of the venue or recordings of presentations and discussions may capture attendees without identifying individuals.
