Enjoy delicious helpings from the food vans, be entertained by Shannon McGurgan and his Sea Chanty Circus, and take part in the parade of light beginning at 5:15pm. The procession will meander to Peppermint Bay and back along the foreshore, concluding with lanterns in the park and a waterfront finale.
