Rediscover the joy of parenting:

Sometimes it is really hard to find joy in our day to day parenting. Sometimes we get stuck, and sometimes we think that we are just not good enough in our parenting role. 

Do you feel that parenting can be a never-ending, overwhelming and all consuming juggling act? 

You are not alone. 

If this sounds familiar, then it is time to implement some simple and practical strategies into your family life in order to restore harmony, deepen the connection with your child/children and bring more balance and joy into your every day. 

This event complements Elise Clement’s Mama Rising Circle as it is aligned with the intentions of the Mama Rising Journey, or it can be booked as a stand alone parenting circle to support you and other like minded parents in your parenting journey, which can often feel like an isolated experience. 

An afternoon “Positive Parenting” circle to empower you to become a real parent, not a perfect parent. 

The Positive Parenting Circle will help you to: 

Rediscover the joy of parenting

Nurture meaningful and positive relationships with your children. 

Lay some healthy foundations in your family life that will bring a sense of calm.

Simplify your family life and bring back more harmony and joy into your day to day.

Use your strengths and your children’s strengths to refrain from nagging. 

Use your values as a platform of positive discipline and guidance how you wish to parent.

Learn to trust your parenting style.

Bring kindness and compassion into your day to day parenting. 

The afternoon includes:

• 1 x two-hour gathering in a nurturing, non-judgemental and caring environment to explore alongside other mothers some simple parenting strategies that will help you to restore harmony and bring joy into your family life.

• A mixture of practical exercises, discussions and take home resources.
