Sometimes it is really hard to find joy in our day to day parenting. Sometimes we get stuck, and sometimes we think that we are just not good enough in our parenting role.

This event complements Elise Clement’s Mama Rising Circle as it is aligned with the intentions of the Mama Rising Journey, or it can be booked as a stand alone parenting circle to support you and other like minded parents in your parenting journey, which can often feel like an isolated experience.

Bring kindness and compassion into your day to day parenting.

The afternoon includes:

1 x two-hour gathering in a nurturing, non-judgemental and caring environment to explore alongside other mothers some simple parenting strategies that will help you to restore harmony and bring joy into your family life.

A mixture of practical exercises, discussions and take home resources.
