Simply Samādhi Mondays: R&R
Event description
Join me fortnightly Monday evenings for the breath and meditation session you didn't know you needed. Start your week right with this class as you make time for yourself to rest, relax and reflect on the day that has just passed and give yourself the opportunity to meet and connect with other individuals in the community.
During this class we work with subtle pranayama and kriya yoga practices to help down regulate the nervous system, find balance in the body and get yourself ready to melt away into your bed.
