A Singlefile Lunch
Description
Our Friday Long Lunches are reserved for the icons, and Singlefile Wines perfectly fits this bill. Singlefile Brand Ambassadors will guide us through a line-up that perfectly captures what this label does so well.
Expressive, site-driven wines that combine elegance, longevity and a deep respect for the Great Southern, with a menu that has been artfully designed by Ette to match this journey.
We’ll begin with the purity and precision of The Pamela Porongurup Riesling, move through two benchmark Chardonnays including the rare Vivienne, elegant expressions of Mount Barker and Denmark Pinot Noir. Then onto the richness and spice of Malbec and Tempranillo, culminating in two exceptional Cabernet Sauvignons, including the flagship Philip Adrian. The afternoon finishes, fittingly, with Singlefile's extraordinary Grand Muscat, drawn from a 1964 Solera.
So, what are we drinking (and eating)…?
