Site tours are an excellent forum for networking and engaging in 'peer to peer' learning with other members while getting a first hand look at some of Australia's leading industrial and manufacturing factories and warehouses.

Opal is a new and innovative renewable packaging company which is part of Nippon Paper Group. Opal Paper and Recycling annually produces more than 400,000 tonnes of high quality 100% recycled packaging containerboard for conversion into corrugated board through their other facilities.
In 2021 James Swan, Human Resource General Manager at Opal Paper and Recycling presented for us on their pathway to building and embedding their CI culture. On this site tour you will have the opportunity to see their manufacturing process and learn more about their CI culture that is in place.

Visitors to site must comply with NSW COVID health orders.
Visitors must bring and wear safety footwear, hi-vis vests, and safety glasses.

CI professionals with a passion for manufacturing.
As a member of IPA you can register up to 2 people, subject to availability, to attend this event. This event is for IPA members only, there will be no public access to this event.
When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 1 day prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
