Event description

Join us for dinner in August at the wonderful Apprentice Restaurant Sydney, a TAFE NSW training restaurant.

Members and guests will be treated to a three-course dinner and drinks, prepared and served by the TAFE students who are in training to become the workforce of the future in the hospitality industry.

The students will be cooking up a storm, including a special recipe that will be included in the Skal International Recipe book!

Along with time to network with industry colleagues, we will be running a raffle and hearing from a fabulous guest speaker.

We look forward to seeing you there!
