Slow Flow Yoga: Breath, Move, Restore
Description
A gentle, grounding yoga practice designed to bring you back into your body through slow, mindful movement and breath awareness.
We will begins with pranayama (breathwork) to settle the nervous system and anchor your awareness before moving into the body.
Blending traditional Hatha yoga with subtle flow, this class invites you to move with intention, release physical tension, and quiet the mind. Breath awareness is woven throughout the practice, helping you cultivate presence, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself.
We will close the session with a guided meditation, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the practice. You’ll leave feeling more centred, relaxed, and refreshed — with greater clarity, ease, and a renewed sense of inner calm.
This is not a fast-paced class — it’s an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels nourishing for your body.
