    Slow mindful Yoga

    7:30am-8:30am Saturday's

    Term 1, 2024
    27th January - 24th March

    Attend all 9 x weekly classes or any number you'd like to attend.


    Please bring along your yoga mat or towel to practice on.


    Optional byo;
    * eye pillow to assist with relaxation
    * a small cushion, towel or small blanket to support or use as a covering during relaxation
    * perhaps a ground sheet / tarp if the ground is damp / cool
    * sun protection 
    * insect repellent if required
    * water bottle
    * friends family, neighbours, colleagues
