Experience a 90-minute Sound of Being™ Journey - a fusion of Sound Healing, Meditation and Breathwork.

This intimate event at the beautiful North Space, a sanctuary situated in the Warrandyte State Forest, is capped at just 12 participants.

Weaving a variety of instruments, including Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, Medicine Drum, chimes, Gong, and Native American Flute, this session is an invitation for nervous system regulation, inner contemplation and deep rest, providing an opportunity to connect with a state of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’.

ARRIVAL: Doors will open at 4:15pm so you can get settled in. The journey will begin promptly at 4:30pm and finish at 6pm.

What to bring:

Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. Please bring as many additional props as you need to be comfortable.

Pillow or cushion for under your head
An eye mask or something to place over your eyes
A warm blanket
Water bottle

Please wear comfortable clothing. It's also a good idea to bring extra layers, as your body temperature may drop during the session.
