Did you know that positive social connections improve our health, well-being & longevity?
UC Medical and Counselling Centre is presenting a FREE three-week program aimed at providing practical strategies UC students can use to improve their social network. Students will have an opportunity to meet new people and have conversations with others in a supportive setting.
Hosted by one of UC Medical and Counselling Centre's Psychologists, this group is ideal for UC students who want to build confidence with social interactions and would like to find connections with their peers.
